In order to prepare the veneer, your doctor will need to shave down your existing tooth enough to fit the veneer tooth over it. After your tooth is filed, they will make impressions of your teeth and send them to a lab to be custom-made for you. After the veneers are made and ready for you, Dr. Danziger or Dr. Kerr will bond the veneer to your tooth by permanently cementing it into place.
